The Experience Accelerator Lab

A working space for leaders and teams who want execution to hold in real environments.

Not a course.
Not a framework.

Work you do — together.

🪑 Pull Up a Chair
For individual leaders

Join a small cohort of peers.

A small, guided cohort for leaders who want to see this work show up in their real day-to-day.

You bring what’s not working.

We work on it together — in real time.

 ðŸª‘🪑 Gather Your Team
 For organizations

Bring your leaders together in one cohort.

A shared Lab experience for leaders working inside the same system.

We work alongside your team to test, align,

and build execution that holds — inside real workflows.

What this looks like

  • Virtual small cohort (up to 8 leaders)

  • 12-week Lab

  • Weekly 90-minute live sessions

  • Guided facilitation and real-time coaching

Ninety minutes a week in session.

The rest happens inside the work you’re already doing.

How the work unfolds

We don’t start with a plan.
We start by slowing down enough to see what’s actually happening.

Start by getting clear
Leaders step back from the rush of the day to look honestly at how work is moving.

Not in theory.
Inside the real conditions they’re leading in.

We align around one area that matters.

Work inside one real environment
A unit, clinic, or team becomes the focus.

Not as a pilot.
As the place where the work is already happening.

Leaders partner directly with that team to see where execution breaks down.

Co-design with the people doing the work
We don’t hand off solutions.

We work with the people closest to the work to test small shifts,
adjust in real time,
and build practices that actually hold in the day.

Apply, reflect, adjust
Between sessions, leaders apply the work in real time.

Then we come back together to look at what changed, what didn’t,
and what needs to shift next.

That’s where the work begins to hold.

Step into the work

You don’t need to have it all figured out.

Start with a conversation about what you’re carrying
and where the work is getting stuck.

We’ll talk through what you’re seeing, what might help,
and whether this is the right next step — now, later, or not at all.

No pressure. No obligation.
Just an honest conversation.

“They weren’t just talking about ideas.
They were figuring out what would actually work for them.”
“We’re almost at the end and I’m feeling like I could do this. I feel set up for success because of how this was structured.”
