After nearly 40 years as a nurse, healthcare executive, and coach, I've learned something simple.
The best ideas rarely come from one person. In fact, they rarely come from me.
They come from the people doing the work every day.
For me, leadership isn't about having all the answers; it's about asking better questions, creating trust, and helping teams bring their own best ideas to life.
Why I Created The Experience Accelerator Lab
Over the years, I watched good ideas leave leadership meetings full of excitement, only to disappear into the reality of everyday work.
We didn't need more ideas or more best practices. The teams already had ideas.
What they didn't have was the time to stop, think together, and ask,
"What would actually work here?"
When they had that space, the ideas came quickly.
My role wasn't to give them the answer.
It was to help them discover it together, then coach them as they brought it to life.
That's why I created The Experience Accelerator Lab.
